Anti-Bribery and Corruption Statement

Zerkin Capital Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.

Our standard

We do not offer, promise, give, request or accept a bribe, in any form, anywhere in the world. This applies to everyone who acts for us: our partners, advisors, consultants and anyone else working on our behalf.

Public officials and authorities

We deal with public bodies and officials openly and in writing. We do not give or offer anything of value to a public official to influence a decision, an approval, a licence or the allocation of land. We make no facilitation payments.

Gifts and hospitality

Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent, openly given and connected to a genuine business purpose. Cash or cash equivalents are never acceptable. Nothing is offered to anyone involved in a pending decision about us or our projects.

Advisors and intermediaries

We do not pay anyone for access to, or influence over, a public official. Advisors and intermediaries act under a written agreement, are paid only for genuine services at a fair rate, and may not make any payment on our behalf that we could not make ourselves.

Records and controls

We keep accurate records of payments, gifts and hospitality, and we review these arrangements at least once a year.

Raising a concern

If you believe that someone acting for Zerkin Capital has breached this standard, or has been asked for a payment or an advantage, please write to inquiries@zerkincapital.com. Concerns are treated in confidence and no one is penalised for raising one in good faith.
